This program is suitable for the beginner, those with minimal experience and those returning or continuing with their yoga practice. This is designed as a slower paced class to introduce you to moving with your breath for you to experience increased flexibility, strength, balance, proper posture alignment. This program will help you to relieve stress and create a sense of internal and external balance. No previous yoga experience is required, you are welcome to participate as gently as you like as we will work together at your level of fitness and comfort. You may use a chair to assist you throughout this program. Yoga mat required for the program.
